Are these genuine POEDAGAR watches?
Yes. Every watch ships in POEDAGAR packaging with the brand's warranty card, cleaning cloth and, for steel bracelets, a sizing tool.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Tracked delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days depending on your country, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Can I return a watch?
You have 60 days from delivery. The watch needs to come back in its original condition with the box and card. See our returns policy for the steps.
What does the warranty cover?
Every watch is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects in the movement, case and clasp. It does not cover the battery, straps, glass breakage or water damage from use beyond the rated water resistance. Details are on our warranty page.
Are the watches waterproof?
All current models are rated 3 ATM (30 m). That means rain, hand washing and splashes are fine. They are not designed for swimming, showering or diving.
How do I size a steel bracelet?
Steel models include a link removal tool. Push out the pin on the marked links to remove one or more, then push the pin back in. A jeweller will do it in minutes if you would rather not.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
