You have 60 days from delivery to return a watch for a refund or exchange. No forms, no restocking fee.
To be eligible
- The watch is in its original condition with no scratches or signs of heavy wear.
- It comes back with the box, warranty card and any accessories.
- You started the return within 60 days of delivery.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Post the watch back tracked. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the watch arriving with us.
Faulty or wrong item
If we sent the wrong watch or it arrived faulty, we cover the return postage and ship a replacement or refund in full, your choice.
