Terms of service

These terms govern your use of blakcollection.com and any purchase you make from BLAK Collection ("we", "us"), Auckland, New Zealand. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the same applies to non-excludable consumer rights in your own country.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include any applicable New Zealand GST. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Shipping

Every order ships free and tracked, worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

Returns, refunds and warranty

You have 60 days from delivery to return a watch, and every watch carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The details are in our refund policy and warranty page, which form part of these terms.

Products

We curate and sell watches made by third-party brands. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary and small differences in colour and finish are possible. Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer. Watches rated 3 ATM are suitable for rain and hand washing only, not swimming or diving.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Content on this site, including text, images and video, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer where you live.
