Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping, worldwide

Every order ships free and tracked, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your watch is on its way.

Delivery times

Typical tracked delivery is 7 to 10 days depending on your country and local carrier. Some regions can take longer during peak periods or customs delays. The estimate shown on each product page is a guide, not a guarantee.

Where we ship from

Watches are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouses, which may be outside New Zealand. Your delivery details are shared with them and the carrier only for the purpose of delivering your order.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Problems with delivery

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, email info@blakcollection.com and we will investigate and resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
