Every watch sold by BLAK Collection is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, including a watch that stops or loses significant time.
- Defects in the case, crown, pushers and clasp.
- Dial and hand defects present at delivery.
What is not covered
- The battery, which is a consumable.
- Straps and bracelets, and normal wear such as scratches.
- Broken or scratched glass.
- Water damage from use beyond the watch's rated water resistance, or with the crown not fully pushed in.
- Damage from accidents, misuse or unauthorised repair.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and a photo or short video. We will assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
